Winemaking: Whole cluster fermented, hand sorted, open top fermented, aged in neutral French oak for 11 months

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: dried rose petals, rhubarb, plum

Palate: Velvet flesh of red plum leading to concentrated cherry, cranberry and orange bitters.

Finish: Tannins are supple with a long finish of cinnamon and clove spice
