Full of depth and energy, our "swan song" is a classic beauty. Bright, fresh and laser focused, the 2019 Stellareese Cabernet beckons you in with aromas of rhubarb, white pepper, dried rose petals and hibiscus. A medium bodied Cabernet that envelops your palate with ripe red fruit, black cherry and subtle nuances acquired from a warm, even growing season. The finish is smooth, lingering and beautifully integrated. This wine is beautifully balanced with both freshness and depth.
